に傷を付けないようにヘッダーマシンなどによるプレス
加工又はレース加工々との削り出しにより球面状に成形
し、且つ心臓壁部に確実に保持されるようにその球面状
の頭部2に多数の微小なスルホール3又は盲穴を穿設し
て、その微小なスルホール3又は盲穴に肉壁を入シ込ま
せて保持せしめ、さらに内部に空洞4を設けて重量を軽
くしている。
