Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. An inner ring, an outer ring that is rotatable relative to the inner ring, a clutch member that is housed between the inner and outer rings and connects and disconnects the relative rotation of the inner and outer rings, and the inner ring and the outer ring.
