Application of heat treatment for stress relief, addition of corrosion inhibitors,
Consideration of improvement measures such as PR adjustment, cathodic protection, use of aluminum clad materials, etc., application of lining methods and passive treatment methods for environmental protection, material change, equipment design changes, process changes, equipment expansion, etc. The problems of pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in stainless steel often occur even if sufficient consideration is given at the design stage, and they are often discovered during periodic inspections and prompt countermeasures must be taken.

.. 09G, Fe 27. As a measure to prevent corrosion and stress corrosion cracking of O'lA carbon steel, spraying a nickel-based alloy after blasting has a remarkable preventive effect, but in the case of stainless steel, nickel containing about 15% to 30% iron is used. Thermal spraying of a chromium-based alloy provides better results. This alloy is relatively inexpensive, has good adhesion to the base material, has good cushioning properties against expansion and contraction, and has good corrosion resistance. Furthermore, although it depends on the environmental conditions during use, many examples show that the thermal spray coating made of the alloy undergoes changes over time, and becomes the most stable coating 1 to 3 years after application. Depending on the conditions of use, aluminum, alumina, titania, etc. may be further thermally sprayed on the thermally sprayed coating of the alloy. In order to eliminate pores in the sprayed coating, a sealing agent is used to seal the coating, creating a complete environmental barrier coating.

。As shown above, the present invention is characterized by thermally spraying nickel-chromium steel containing iron onto the surface of stainless steel, and is thermal sprayed with excellent heat resistance, adhesion to the base material, and buffering properties against expansion and contraction. This is an improved method for preventing corrosion and stress corrosion cracking of stainless steel and preventing deterioration by using a film.
