Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out the doffing smoothly, by running an automatic doffer and a conveyor belt intermittently along the front of a roving frame, changing full bobbins with empty bobins, delivering the full bobbins from the coveyor belt at one end of the roving frame, and feeding the empty bobbins to the coveyor belt. CONSTITUTION:In front of a roving frame 1, a conveyor belt 11 and an automatic doffer 10 running intermittently along the roving frame 1 are provided, and empty bobbins are pulled out of the respective spindles in the roving frame 1 by the automatic doffer 10 while running intermittently along the front of the roving frame 1 and placed on the conveyor belt 11. Empty bobbins are simultaneously pulled out of the conveyor belt 11 and inserted in the respective empty spindles. The conveyor belt 11 is run at a speed double the running speed of the automatic doffer 10, and the full bobbins are received from the conveyor belt 11 by a full bobbin discharging machine 7 at one end of the roving frame 1 and then transferred to a full bobbin receiving cart 8. The empty bobbins are transferred from an empty bobin holding cart 6 onto the conveyor belt 11.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention utilizes a top-supporting seven-layer roving machine to transport full yarn from a roving frame equipped with a means for lowering the bobbin rail to a position where the full yarn leaves the flyer after the yarn is full. In the method of automatically taking out the bobbin and automatically inserting an empty bobbin in its place, a conveyor belt and an automatic tube changer are intermittently run along the roving machine, and the conveyor belt and automatic tube changer are operated in conjunction with each other. This invention relates to an automatic thread change method for a roving frame, which transfers a full bobbin on a pobbin rail onto a conveyor belt, and also transfers an empty bobbin on a conveyor belt onto a pobbin rail.

Due to the recent trend toward large packaging, roving machines are producing larger and heavier full-tube yarns. Therefore, the work of changing the tube, that is, unloading the full yarn from the bobbin rail,
The work of inserting an empty bobbin instead is quite a heavy labor for the operator. For this reason, various attempts have been made to automate pipe switching operations, but all of them have many problems, and the reality is that it is difficult to put them into practical use.

Automatic tube changing methods can be roughly divided into two types: one in which the bobbin rail of the roving machine itself operates primarily for tube changing work, and the other in which the automatic tube changer operates from outside the roving machine. One is the method of the present invention. belongs to the latter method. When using an automatic tube changer, a well-known type is a conveyor belt placed in front of the roving frame over its entire length, and an automatic tube changer installed along the entire length of the roving frame. An automatic tube changing machine was installed in front of the roving machine and changed the tube between the conveyor belt and the bobbin rail for all spindles at the same time. The disadvantage of this type is that the roving machine !
Since each automatic tube changer is installed exclusively, it is expensive, and the automatic tube changer occupies a large space, which restricts the work path for each worker and increases the space occupied by the roving process. Therefore, it is also inconvenient that the full yarn on the conveyor becomes an obstacle to troubleshooting when the roving machine restarts operation.

In addition to making it possible to run intermittently, the conveyor belt is also run intermittently in conjunction with this, and basically the leading part of the automatic pipe changer takes out the full yarn onto the conveyor belt, and the trailing part takes out the empty bobbins on the conveyor. is inserted onto the roving machine bobbin rail, and when the work on the conveyor is completed, the full yarn on the conveyor will also be completely unloaded, so the full yarn will become an obstacle to troubleshooting work when the roving machine restarts operation. There is no such thing. Since the automatic tube changing machine does not contain empty bobbins or full yarn, it has the advantage that it can be made smaller and can be used for multiple roving machines.

As shown in FIG. 1, rail groups 2, 3 and 4 are laid on the floor surface at both ends of the roving frame 1, the rails 2) are equipped with a cart 6, and the rail 3 is equipped with a full yarn unloading machine 7. On the rails 4, cars 8 with full pipes and not yet stored are mounted so that they can run. A rail 9 is also laid in front of the revolving frame 1, so that an automatic tube changer 10 mounted on the trolley 6 can run. A conveyor belt 11 is stretched over almost the entire length of the roving frame between the roving frame 1 and the W changing machine 10 and the running rail 9.

Such a configuration means that the carriage 6 and the tube changer 10 are installed along the 2.3.4 t rail group common to the multiple roving frames 1.
The full-tube yarn unloading machine 7 and the full-tube unstorage car 8 run as if they were one unit and stop at a predetermined position of the roving frame 1 that requires a tube change, and the tube change machine 10 enters the full-tube roving machine. This means that pipe changing work can be performed between the bobbin rail 12 and the conveyor belt 11.

The basic idea of the present invention is that the tube changer 10 itself does not store empty bobbins and full yarns, but serves as an intermediary for tube changes between the bobbin rail 12 and the conveyor belt 11. Empty bobbins are supplied from one end of the conveyor belt 11, and full yarn is discharged from the other end.

In the illustrated example, the empty bobbin supply device 13 is equipped with a 6t truck, and the conveyor belt 11 does not move.
They are inserted one by one into the begs 14 of the conveyor belt 11. That is, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG.
Empty bobbin B, which is intermittently sent between 6 and a regulating plate 17, comes off the bottom plate 18 at the frontmost position and is received on the opening/closing plate 19, waiting for the arrival of the bobbin 14. When the position of the peg 14 coincides with the frontmost bobbin B, the opening/closing plate 19 rapidly rotates around the shaft 20 and releases the support of the empty bobbin B, so that the bobbin falls, is inserted into the peg 14, and is transferred to the conveyor. As the belt 11 moves, the empty bobbin B moves away from the empty bobbin supply device 13 in an upright state. This operation will be performed for each bed 14.

On the other hand, the full yarn unloading machine 7 located at the end of the conveyor belt 11 in the running direction is equipped with a full yarn gripper 22 that is movable between the end of the conveyor belt 11 and the unfilled car 8. 1. For example, when carrying out four full-tube yarns C on the conveyor belt 11, the four gripping tools provided while maintaining the pitch of the begs 14 are used to grasp the full-tube yarns, first, and then the gripping body 22.
is displaced above the unfilled tube storage car 8 and descends to insert the full tube yarn C into the bed 23 provided in the storage car 8. By repeating this operation, the full yarn C is transferred to the storage car 8. Generally, full threads are stored in car 8.
In order to accommodate a large number of yarns, the pegs 23 are arranged at a small pitch to the extent that the full yarns do not come into contact with each other. In this case, the gripping part of the gripper 22 is moved from the pitch of the bed 14 during the unloading operation.

Here, the travel distance of the primary conveyor 11 is changed to travel for one staff each instead of the previous travel for two staffs. That is, when the full tube yarn C corresponding to the second staff S2 reaches the take-out position by the carry-out 11!7, the conveyor belt 11 temporarily stops, and at the same time, the tube changing machine 1
0 also travels for one staff and then stops (Figures 8-9). When the yarn is stored in the storage car 8 (FIGS. 8-10), the conveyor 11 travels again by one staff and reaches the position where the full yarn C corresponding to the third staff S3 is taken out. From this stage onwards, since the bed 14 no longer exists at the starting end of the conveyor belt 11, empty bobbins B are no longer fed onto the conveyor 11 (Fig. 8-1'1). While the unloading machine 1 stores the full yarn equivalent to the eighth staff S3t, the tube changer 10 performs the tube change operation (FIGS. 8-12).

The above embodiment is one embodiment of the method of the present invention, and the number of rods per staff may be increased or decreased. Various configurations are possible. The same applies to the method of carrying out and storing the full yarn. In the above embodiment, the full yarn unloading machine 7 can take out only one stuff of full yarn, so even though the conveyor belt 11 runs substantially twice as much as the automatic tube changer 10, it only takes out one staff. Once the conveyor 11 starts taking out the full yarn, it only travels one staff length after that.
If the full yarn is carried out two staffs at a time, the traveling distance of the conveyor 11 can be twice that of the continuous yarn changer 10.

According to the method of the present invention, empty bobbins are supplied to the conveyor belt and full yarn is carried out while the automatic tube changer is intermittently running, and when the automatic tube changer completes running, the empty bobbins and full yarn are removed from the conveyor belt. Since all the threads are lost, there is almost no need for pre-preparation or post-processing for tube changes, which can substantially shorten the time required for tube changes. Since the full yarn is taken out and the empty bobbin is supplied at the same time, there is an advantage that the tube changing time can be shortened and machine standstill losses can be reduced. Furthermore, when restarting operation, troubles with winding the thread tend to occur.

[Claims] A top-supported flyer is used to automatically take out the full yarn from a roving frame equipped with a means for lowering the pobbin rail to a position where the full yarn is removed from the flyer after the yarn is full, and to replace it. In the method of automatically inserting an empty bobbin, a conveyor belt and an automatic tube changer are respectively run intermittently along the roving frame, and the substantial conveyor belt travel distance at one time is twice that of the automatic tube changer. The conveyor belt is doubled so that empty bobbins are supplied from the opposite end of the conveyor belt in the running direction, and full bobbins are carried out from the end of the conveyor belt in the running direction. The automatic tube changer is characterized in that it transfers full bobbins on the pobbin rail of the roving frame onto the conveyor belt on the running direction side, and transfers empty bobbins on the conveyor belt onto the pobbin rail on the opposite side in the running direction. Tube change method on a roving machine.
