る。
図中、30はX線管、30aはターゲット部、30bは
カソードベース、31はフランジ、32は筐体、34,

Claims (1)
ト部とセラミック碍子で形成されたカソード側とが同軸
上に配置されて構成されたX線管と、このX線管のフラ
ンジが取着されることにより、そのターゲット部を外方
に突出させ、カソード側を所定雰囲気内に内装する筐体
と、□この筐体内に収納されたX線管端部に設けられた
カソードベースに取着された第1のX線遮蔽体と、前記
フランジの筐体内部側に取着された第2のX線遮蔽体と
、前記アノード部から放出され前記第1、第2のX線遮
蔽体間を通過するX線が照射される前記筐体つ面に取着
された第3のX線遮蔽体とを具 ・備したことを特徴と
