Claims

A shaft torque is determined by attaching a pair of detection parts to the rotating shaft to be measured at intervals in the axial direction, and measuring the torsion angle of the shaft between the rain detection parts from the phase difference of the pulse signals generated from the detection parts. In the torque measuring device, the detection section includes a detection gear that can be divided into two and attached to the rotating shaft to be measured, and a plurality of fixed-side electromagnetic pickups that are provided across a certain gap from the outer peripheral surface of the detection gear. A shaft torque measuring device comprising: - electromagnetic pickups of the detection section facing each other and arranged in the same plane passing through the axial center line of the rotating shaft to be measured.
