That is, a catalyst assembly unit is formed by stacking catalyst cases containing catalysts in catalyst racks provided in the duct in multiple stages and multiple rows, and since the diameter of the smoke exhaust duct is very large, the installation area of the catalyst is, for example, 100 mm. The area is now more than 1 square meter in size, and there is a need to speed up the catalyst replacement process, ensure safety, and save labor.

Conventionally, when replacing the catalyst in the above-mentioned exhaust gas treatment equipment, a ■-shaped beam was erected above the catalyst replacement space in the duct into which the catalyst case was pulled out or pushed, and a suspended hoist was attached to the ■-shaped beam. A person enters the duct, pulls out the catalyst cases, hangs them on a hoist, and lowers the catalyst cases to the floor through the opening in the bottom wall of the duct, starting from the top and moving all the catalyst cases to the bottom. After taking it out, the catalyst case filled with new catalyst is hoisted up with a hoist and pushed into the catalyst rack from the bottom step to the top step, and then the button is pressed, which is extremely dangerous as it requires manual work at high places. This method also has the disadvantage that it takes a lot of time to replace the catalyst because the worker has to change the height of the scaffold according to when the catalyst case is being pulled out or pushed in.

Therefore, in this invention, when replacing the catalyst, this device is temporarily installed and the catalyst can be replaced semi-automatically. Therefore, unless the device is temporarily installed, the worker does not have to climb up to a high place inside the duct and directly perform the catalyst replacement work. The purpose is to provide a catalyst replacement device for the catalyst installed in the smoke exhaust duct, which can ensure work safety, speed up the work, and save labor. The accommodated catalyst cases are stacked in multiple stages and rows in a catalyst rack installed in the exhaust gas duct to form a catalyst assembly unit to remove NOx contained in exhaust smoke.
In the exhaust gas treatment equipment that reduces the amount of carbon dioxide and the like through the action of a catalyst, the duct space on one side of the catalyst assembly unit is used as a catalyst exchange space, and an opening of a required size that can be closed with a lid or the like is opened in the bottom wall of the duct space, and A pair of upper and lower running rails are horizontally suspended above and below the catalyst assembly unit, and a traversing mast device constituted by a mast and a traveling device is moved along the running rail and installed so as to be aligned with the opening; An elevating cage device equipped with a catalyst case drawer/pushing device is attached to the mast of the traversing mast device so as to be able to rise and fall, and when the opening and the traversing mast device coincide, there is a slight gap with the lower end of the mast of the traversing mast device. The fixed mast, which is made to match the fixed population, is removably erected.

The present invention includes a traversing mast device B1 that can traverse along the catalyst assembly unit A, and an elevating cylinder device C that ascends and descends along the mast 11 of the traversing mast device B and is equipped with a catalyst case drawer and pusher device. Since the catalyst case 4 can be assembled and installed inside the smoke exhaust duct 1, the catalyst case 4 can be carried in and out by simply providing one small opening 8 in the bottom wall 7 of the duct.

In other words, if the cross-sectional area is as large as 100 m2 and a large opening or a large number of openings are provided in the wall of the smoke exhaust duct 1, due to problems such as the strength of the smoke exhaust duct 1 and the lid (door → It would be very difficult to achieve a uniform and good seal, and if the seal was to be ensured, the mounting structure of the door would become complicated and the opening/closing operations would become complicated. For example, since only one small opening 8 is required, it is easy to keep the smoke exhaust duct 1 airtight, and the lid can be opened and closed easily.

As explained above, the catalyst replacement device for a catalyst installed in a flue gas duct according to the present invention is used in a flue gas treatment device in which a catalyst collection unit is installed in a flue gas duct to reduce NOx, etc. contained in flue gas by the action of the catalyst. This is a temporary installation by removing the lid of the opening when replacing the catalyst.A traversing mast device is installed so that it can traverse across the traversing unit using the upper and lower rails as guides, and the catalyst case drawer is attached to the traversing mast device. Since it is equipped with an elevating cage device that also has a closet device and is further provided with a fixed mast at the opening, the opening can be made small and at least one.
Therefore, it is easy to keep the opening airtight, and furthermore, the catalyst case can be carried in and out by remote control, and the catalyst replacement time can be significantly shortened. Therefore, there is no need for workers to be involved in the work of carrying in and out the catalyst case. This eliminates the need for work at heights and only requires temporary installation of the transverse mast device, making the work extremely safe.Furthermore, workers only need to temporarily install the device and replace the catalyst on the ground, which was previously unnecessary. This has the excellent effect of significantly reducing the number of workers required.

Catalyst cases equipped with pull-out handles and containing catalysts are stacked in multiple stages and rows in a catalyst rack installed in the exhaust gas duct to form a catalyst collection unit to remove NO contained in exhaust smoke.
In the exhaust gas treatment equipment that reduces x etc. by the action of a catalyst, the duct space on one side of the catalyst assembly unit is used as a catalyst exchange space, and an opening of a required size that can be closed with a lid or the like is provided in the bottom wall of the duct space on one side of the catalyst assembly unit. A pair of upper and lower running rails are installed horizontally above and below the catalyst assembly unit, and a traversing mast device consisting of a mast and a running device is moved along the running rails and installed so as to be aligned with the opening. At the same time, an elevating cage device equipped with a catalyst case drawer/pushing device is attached to the mast of the transverse mast device so as to be able to rise and fall; A catalyst exchange device for a catalyst installed in a smoke exhaust duct, characterized in that fixed inlet masts are removably erected so as to coincide with each other with a gap.
