ルブを順次嵌挿し、該バルブをばねにて常時押圧し、バ
ルブブツシュ内に嵌挿されバルブレバーの揺動にて摺動
し、且ボールを押し下げるようになしたパルブロンドを
設けて成り、高速低速二段階に切り換えることを特徴と
