  1. シリンダ室内で往復動することにより流体を圧縮するピ
    ストンとその駆動側のクロスヘッドとの間を、連結用シ
    リンダおよびピストンによって連結し、この連結用シリ
    ンダに流体圧を導入、出することにより前記圧縮用ピス
    トンをクロスヘッドに対し着脱自在に構成したことを特
    徴とする往復動形圧縮機。
