DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a waterproof heat insulating board used to prevent freezing of tunnels and a construction method for preventing freezing of tunnels using the same. In addition to being robust, it is also desirable that the material be highly waterproof and cold resistant. The reason is that if the tunnel is not waterproof, water from the ground above the tunnel will seep into the tunnel and drip.
In addition, if it is not waterproof and cold resistant, the water that seeps into the tunnel will freeze and become icicles in the winter, especially in cold regions, and will hang down from the top of the tunnel, causing an accident. This is because the tunnel itself freezes and becomes distorted, and even after thawing, this distortion remains without being completely restored, so there is a risk that it may become damaged over many years.

Detailed description of the invention This article relates to a waterproof insulation board and a construction method for preventing freezing of tunnels using the same. When constructing the tunnel, it was necessary to ensure that the Demei Juroku Tunnel was not only robust but also waterproof and cold resistant. The reason for this is that if the tunnel is not waterproof, water from the ground above the tunnel will seep into the tunnel and drip.
In addition, it is not waterproof or cold resistant, and in winter, especially in cold regions, the water that seeps into the tunnel on the front floor freezes and becomes icicles, which hang down from the top wall of the tunnel and cause accidents. , the tank itself freezes and becomes distorted (1, this σ)
The reason for this is that even if you insert W#, it will not restore everything and will remain, so there is a risk that it will get damaged over many years. In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention was developed with the object of providing a waterproof insulation board for use in preventing freezing of tunnels and a construction method for preventing freezing of tunnels using the same. The structure consists of a planar rectangular closed foam with appropriate elasticity, the back side of which is a heat insulating layer integrally provided with a protective NI made of glass fiber or inorganic material such as asbestos on the surface (2) K-layer resin film. Attach a water-stopping layer consisting of a water-stopping layer 17, and form a coplanar water-tracing layer on the same surface of the waterstopping layer; The feature is that a protective layer or a bonding sheet is provided on the opposing sides of a pair of ice cubes. The primary cover or the secondary mechanism's heat insulation gap is made of a planar rectangular closed foam with appropriate elasticity, and the surface is made of glass fiber or asbestos weight material. #a
The back side of the heat insulating layer is made of integrated resin film, etc. Isui R9! i, and a water permeable layer is provided on the back side of the water-stopping layer to form L7, and a joint S is formed on the opposing sides of one set of the main body, and another set of facing fi1
Stepped mounting (1 is transparently installed at appropriate locations of a waterproof insulation board consisting of a bonding sheet installed on one part of the retaining layer or water stop layer)
After forming the core, a cup-shaped locking flange is formed on the upper edge that fits into the stepped part, and the flange member is fitted into the front injection hole, and the waterproof and heat-insulating board is attached to the joining sheet. In the arched direction of the tunnel π, the water permeable layer is placed on the ceiling of the surface of the tunnel that is to be prevented from freezing, and a fixing member such as an anchor bolt is driven into the surface from the bottom plate of the front f-taking member. Then, apply the joining sheets on both sides of the waterproof insulation board to the tunnel wall surface, and place the other waterproof insulation board on top of them by bending or cutting the joining sheets to the middle of the tunnel wall. The waterproof heat insulating board is pasted in an arch shape around the inner periphery of the tunnel, while the engaging portion of the waterproof heat insulating board is adhered to the surface of the tunnel in the same manner as described above. This is characterized in that the steps of watertightly engaging the corresponding engaging portions of the waterproof and heat insulating plates and adhering them to the surface of the tunnel in the same manner as described above are performed in sequence. An embodiment of the present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. A is a waterproof heat insulating board according to an example of the present invention, and the surface of the heat insulating layer 1 is formed by laminating and fixing flat rectangular closed foam bodies 11, 12, 13° 14 having an appropriate elasticity 1, and the surface thereof is coated with glass fiber, asbestos, etc. A protective layer 2 made of an inorganic material is laminated and fixed, while a water-stopping layer 3 made of a synthetic resin film or the like is fixed on the back side of the heat-insulating layer 1. The main body is constructed by attaching bottom plates 4 made of non-woven fabric etc. at appropriate intervals so as to form 9 holes 5 for water passage between them (7, from the surface side on one of both sides parallel to the voids 5). ,
A retaining part 6.7 is provided from the side of Nakagata KJ1, and a bonding sheet 8.9 is protruded and pasted onto the retainer W#Ir#lI2 on both sides perpendicular to the sky @5. . Note that the joining sheet 8.9 may be connected to the water stop #3Vr. Therefore, regarding an example of antifreezing work for a tunnel t using the waterproof heat insulating board A configured as described above, 1
To clarify, it is as follows. First, the intake hole 11 is formed using a waterproof heat insulating board AK with a step and a waterproof plate holder 1oVC shaped to meet the waterproof surface, which will be described later.
A suitable number of waterproof and heat insulating boards A are placed in the direction of the arch-like force of the bonding sheet 8.9' f: ) to freeze the water-permeable layer. FM a shallow cup-shaped waterproof surface 13 with a locking flange 12 on the periphery, which is applied to the ceiling of the surface to be prevented,
The bottom of the waterproof surface 13 is made of caulking material 14 made of RK phthyl rubber, etc., a flat washer is made of 15 gold, and an anchor bolt 17 with an anchor member 16 screwed onto the tip is attached to the washer 1.
5. Waterproof surface 16. Drive it through the attachment hole 11 into the H2S provided on the inner circumference of the tunnel, rotate the anchor bolt 17,

At the same time, connect the retaining part 7 of another waterproof heat insulating board to the engaging part 6 of the lower waterproof heat insulating board A pasted in the front r in a watertight manner with a caulking hole interposed therebetween. !Fix the joints of both plates firmly with staples according to 11 below.
σ), in which the required amount of waterproof and heat insulating boards are joined and fixed in the primary upper and lateral directions to complete the antifreeze work. As shown in P above, in a tunnel constructed to prevent freezing using Ichimoku's invention heat-insulating heat plate A, even if water leaks from the upper wall, the water will flow down through the channel carved by the sky @ 5. However, since the water can be discharged to the outside, there is no risk of water leaking inside the tunnel.Furthermore, even if cold wind blows through the tunnel in winter, the cold air is kept away by the protective layer 2. It is blocked by the heat insulating layer 1vζ and is not transmitted to the tunnel wall, so there is no risk of the tunnel freezing. However, since the joints of each waterproof and heat insulating board are sealed watertight, there is no risk of water leaking from these joints. In addition, when actually performing antifreeze work on a tunnel, The waterproof heat insulating board located at both lengthwise ends M fill K shall not have an engaging part on the side facing the outside, but shall have a protective layer on its side surface. The lower bonding sheet iJ of the waterproof and heat insulating board located at the lowest position of the circuit is not provided, but if necessary, a film retaining layer shall be provided in advance on the lower side.U Upper bonding agent sheet 8.9 We have described the waterproof insulation board AK that is stuck to the water-resistant layer 2, but next we will talk about the waterproof insulation board A that has the fixed sheets 8' and 9' connected to the impermeable layer, that is, the water-stop layer filter. ′ will be explained.
