Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A pair of reel hubs is provided, in which flanges that rotate together with the cylindrical part are provided on both upper and lower end sides of the cylindrical part around which the magnetic tape is wound, and at least the opposing surfaces of these flange parts are made surfaces with excellent lubricity. A pair of upper and lower cassette halves are arranged rotatably in a cassette case, and a magnetic tape is wound between the pair of reel hubs. A tape cassette comprising a transparent portion provided at a portion where one or the other flange portion is located so that the flange portion can be viewed from outside the cassette cassette.
