Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in the insulator of a stator coil and to shorten the axial length of a motor by arranging a bobbin containing the stator coil on a stator formed with a sector-shaped projection, and integrally molding the stator and the bobbin with molding resin. CONSTITUTION:A frame 12 is fixed to a chamber 11, and a shaft 13, to which a rotor 27 is fixed to the frame 12 is rotatably secured. 9を構成し、該モータ9のモータシャフト3により旋回
スクロール4を旋回駆動してフレオンガス等の冷媒とな
る気体の圧縮を行なうように構成したものである。

上記モータシャフト18の他方に螺合部23を設け、該
螺合部23に螺合する螺合孔24を設けたブラケット2
5の所定位置にマグネット(永久磁石)26を凪着して
ロータ27を形成し、該ロータ27の螺合孔24を上記
モータシャフト13の螺合部23に螺合し、該ロータ2
7の螺合状態を適宜調節して該ロータ27のマグネット
26と上記ステータ20の対向間隔(エアギャップ)の
調節を行ない、その後該ロータ27を上記モータシャツ
)13に接着剤等にて螺合状態のゆるみを防止して固着
