の突起部と貫通溝とを合致させた状態を示す第４図同様

軸、１３・・・・・・切削。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　回転切削工具を嵌着すべき工具保持体が機械主軸の
    先端部に取付けられ、その工具保持体の先端面にクラン
    プ用ボルトがねじ込まれるとともに、そのボルトにクラ
    ンプ用座金が回転可能に嵌め込まれ、前記回転切削工具
    には、その前端面から後端面に貫通する貫通溝が、前記
    工具保持体に対する取付孔から半径方向に向けて形成さ
    れ、かつ前記クランプ用座金には、前記貫通溝に遊嵌す
    る突起部が、前記取付孔より若干小径の基体部から半径
    方向に向けて形成されていることを特徴とする回転切削
    工具用クイックチェンジホルダ。 ２　前記クランプ用座金が、前記ボルトとの間に所定の
    摩擦力が存するよう前記ボルトに嵌め込まれ、クランプ
    用座金にその摩擦力以上の回転阻止力が作用したときに
    前記ボルトのみが回転するよう構成されていることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転切削
    工具用クイックチェンジホルダ。 ３　前記クランプ用座金が、□前記突起部が前記貫通溝
    に合致する位置と突起部が貫通溝から外れる位置との間
    のみで回転するよう構成されていることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転切削工具用クイ
    ックチェンジホルダ。 ４′前記クランプ用座金が、前記ボルトと共に前記回転
    切削工具に対して前後動するよう構成されていることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転切
    削工具用クイックチェンジホルダ。
