図中、１はエアレーションタンクの側壁、３は空気供給
管、６は消泡水管、７は消泡ノズル、８は弁体、１２は
作動杆、１３はカウンターウェイト、１４は昇降棒、１
５はエアシリンダ、１６はピストンロッド、１９は配管
