Claims (1)
関を始動させるスタータモータへの通電電流を開閉する
電磁スイッチと、前記電磁スイッチの励磁コイルの励磁
回路に挿入され前記回転数検出回路の検出信号が設定値
に達したときに開いて自己保持する励磁電流開閉用スイ
ッチ手段とを備えた内燃機関用スタータ保護装置におい
て、前記内燃機関と同期回転する交流発電機と該交流発
電機の出力電圧を矩形波状の電圧に変換する信号源回路
とが設けられ、前記回転数検出回路は、前記信号源回路
の出力電圧により一方の極性に充電される第1のコンデ
ンサと、前記第1のコンデンサの電荷により一方の極性
に充電される第2のコンデンサと、前記第2のコンデン
サに対して並列に接続された放電抵抗と、前記第2のコ
ンデンサの両端電圧がゲートソース間に印加されドレイ
ンが抵抗を通して直流電源に接続された電界効果トラン
ジスタとを具備し、前記電界トランジスタのゲートソー
ス間の電圧が前記検出信号として用いられることを特徴
