Claims (1)
ラス管、レーザ細管、中太ガラス管、ピンが１本設けら
れた円板状ステム、排気管からなり、前記太ガラス管の
底の部分にはミラー接続のための金属円筒部品が融着さ
れ、レーザ細管が中太ガラス管内に挿入されて第１のフ
リットガラスでシールされ、前記中太ガラス管部は円板
状ステムの中央穴に挿入され第２のフリットガラスでシ
ールされ、該ステムに対し太ガラス管端部と排気管端部
とがそれぞれ第３、第４のフリットガラスでシールされ
たことを特徴とするガスレーザ管。The glass parts constituting the laser tube include a thick glass tube with a bottom, a thin laser tube, a medium-sized glass tube, a disc-shaped stem with one pin, and an exhaust pipe.
