CONSTITUTION:A detector 8 consisting of a microswitch 25 which detects the energizing pressure on a bank note 4 and a detecting mechanism 26 is provided on the lower part of a drawing out roller 2. Also, a variable energizing power unit 7 consisting of a spring pulley 18, wire pulley 19, energizing spring 20, wire 21, energizing motor 22 and a detecting sensor 23 is provided under a mounting bench 5. In case a drawing out ener gizing pressure appropriate for drawing out is maintained, the detector 8 is brought in ON state and the drawing out roller 2 is rotated to draw out a bank note 4 through one sheet drawing out control in cooperation with a friction roller 3.
