部が、先端に開口を穿設された先端筒と軸筒間に挟着固
定され、軸筒内に筆記具本体が摺動自在に遊挿されると
ともに内方向に弾発され、かつ筆記具本体の先端小径部
が密閉装置の嵌合部に密嵌固定されたことを特徴とする
