Recently, metal interior and exterior decorative panels such as long spandrels or polygonal panels made by forming or pressing materials such as aluminum, its alloys, and steel have been widely used as interior and exterior decorative panels for buildings. When such metal interior and exterior decorative panels are used in a building that is susceptible to vibration, noise is generated by the contact between the decorative panels or the verge to which the decorative panels are attached during vibration, and the noise is This resulted in a decrease in work efficiency, sometimes to the extent that it interfered with daily life.

The idea of Utility Model Publication No. 51-51164 is to prevent the generation of noise caused by the contact of the decorative plates by interposing a vibration-proofing material between the connecting parts of the decorative plates. Merely interposing wood did not completely prevent the generation of noise caused by metal contact between the roof edge and the decorative board.

This idea was improved in view of the points mentioned above, and the cross section Z extends not only to the connection part of the decorative board but also to the edge of the field.
By using a letter-shaped vibration isolating material, simply by attaching the vibration isolating material to the decorative boards, it is possible to completely prevent noise from occurring between the decorative boards and between the decorative boards and the field edge, and to prevent the decorative boards from coming off. The structure of the spandrel A is almost the same as that in public use, and has a surface portion 1 facing the interior of the room, an insertion groove 2 at one end in the longitudinal direction, and an insertion portion 3 at the other end in the longitudinal direction. The bottom plate 4 forming the insertion groove 2 is formed wider than the insertion portion 3.

An example of a method for attaching the vibration isolating material 5 to the spandrel A is that the vibration isolating material is made of an elastic material such as soft vinyl chloride or rubber and is formed into a Z-shaped cross section as a whole as shown in FIG. , protrusions 7 protruding from the lower surface of the earthen wall 6 are cut out leaving only the portions corresponding to the locking holes 4a formed at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate 4 to form locking protrusions 7'. The upper surface of the intermediate wall 8 is integrally provided with a number of folds 9 that slope inward.

When the vibration isolating material 5 is attached to the insertion part 3 in this way, as shown in FIG. the locking protrusion 7' into the locking hole 4a.
The vibration isolating material 5 is also connected to the spandrel A, and the two spandrels A, A2 are connected.

After they are connected in this way, a screw n is passed through the insertion part 3, the vibration isolating material 5, and the bottom plate 4 from below the insertion part 3 of the connecting part, and is screwed into the edge 13, thereby fixing the spandrel.

Further, since the vibration isolating material 5 is also interposed between the bottom plate 4 and the roof edge 13, it is possible to prevent similar noise from being generated therefrom and vibrations from being transmitted from the roof edge to the spandrels.

As shown in FIG. 4, the vibration isolating material 5 is fixed to the insertion groove 2 side by inserting the part having the folds 9 into the insertion groove 2 and inserting the locking protrusion 7' into the locking hole 4a of the bottom plate 4. When the vibration isolating material 5, which may be used as a material, is attached in this manner, it can be easily connected by simply fitting the material.

In this case, the insertion groove side end of the spandrel A1 is fixed in advance to the field edge 13 with the screw n, and then the insertion part 3 of the other spandrel A2 is pushed into the lower groove 11 of the vibration isolator 5 to connect the two spandrels. Combine.

As shown in FIG. 5, the vibration isolating material 5 also has a large number of folds 9 on the outer periphery that are inclined in the opposite direction to the insertion direction into the insertion groove 2.

When the folds 9 are provided in such a protruding manner, the elasticity of the folds facilitates insertion into the insertion groove 2, and furthermore, the folds exert a large frictional force after insertion, so that the folds do not come out.

Further, since the folds 9 have a large expansion/contraction ratio, the insertion portion 3 is prevented from being easily pulled out even if the width of the insertion groove changes somewhat due to the elasticity of the material of the spandrel.

As shown in FIG. 6, the vibration isolating material 5 may further include inclined pleats 9 on the inner and outer sides of the ends of the Z-shaped cross-sectional vibration isolating material 5.

In this case, the vibration isolating material 5 can be easily attached to the insertion portion 3 by simply fitting it into the insertion groove 2 without any complicated work such as gluing or baking. It can be easily installed by simply inserting it.

Furthermore, after installation, both sections will not come off completely, and each spandrel will be more elastically fixed to the field edge 13, so vibration transmission from the field edge 13 to the spandrels will be further prevented.

In the embodiment described above, the locking hole 4a and the locking protrusion 7' were used as means for connecting the vibration isolating material to the bottom plate 4 of the spandrel. They may be joined using adhesive 9, double-sided adhesive tape, or by baking.

As described above, according to this invention, the vibration isolating material with a Z-shaped cross section that extends between the decorative board and the field edge is attached to the insertion groove of the decorative board. When installed on a wall, there is no direct contact between the decorative plates or between the decorative plates and the field edge, so even when used as interior and exterior decorative plates for ceiling panels, wall panels, etc. of buildings that are subject to severe vibrations. The vibrations transmitted from the ground, metal structures such as field edges, or other structures are effectively attenuated by the vibration isolating material, and noise generation at the decorative connection part and the joint between the decorative board and the field edge, etc. is prevented. completely gone.

If the portion of the vibration isolating material that is fitted into the insertion groove of the decorative plate is provided with a large number of folds protruding in the direction opposite to the direction of insertion, the frictional force will be increased, and even when subjected to vibration. The connected decorative plates will not come off.

Furthermore, if the locking convex portion of the vibration isolator is pressed into the locking hole formed in the bottom plate and the vibration isolator is coupled to the decorative plate, the attachment of the vibration isolator to the insertion groove is ensured. Since the stop projection further elastically presses the insertion part through a part of the vibration isolator, the vibration isolator can be securely attached to the insertion part and becomes more difficult to come off.
