Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ孔を形成したシリンダ本体と、該シリンダ孔に
    摺動自在に挿入され後方部分がシリンダ孔内外部に突出
    するピストンと、該ピストンにより前記シリンダ孔内に
    形成される圧力室と、前記ピストンを後方に向って付勢
    するばねと、前記ピストンと前記シリンダ孔の開孔端部
    との間に配置され両者間を密封する密封装置と、該密封
    装置の後方に設けたストッパとを備えたマスクシリンダ
    において、前記ピストンは、前端部に設けられ、シリン
    ダ孔内周面と摺動する大径部と、この大径部から後方に
    若干の距離を隔てて設けられ、シリンダ孔内周面との間
    に環状の空隙を形成する中径部と、該中径部の後方に設
    けられ、前記密装置に摺動可能に嵌合する小径部とを有
    しているマスクシリンダ。
