する様に配列して組合せ、而して、該組合せ素材パネル
を同時に絞り加工すると共に、上記ワーク隣接縁で割れ
が発生し易い部分にビード形状を各各成形させ、絞り加
工後該ビード形状に沿って絞り時の割れが進行した該ワ
ーク隣接縁部分を切取り形成して複数のワークを同時に

チ側部位の上記ホイールハウスアウタ隣接縁Aには端割
れBが発生し易く、絞り成形終了時には該ホイールハウ
スアウタ1本体にまで端割れBが進行し、第3C図の一
点鎖@Cで該ホイールハウスアウタ隣接縁A部分を切取
り形成しても、該ホイールハウスアウタ1本体に割れB
の不具合が併発する欠点があった。

れが該ビード形状に沿ってのみ進行するため、ワーク本
体に割れが波及することがなく、従って、不用の該ワー
ク隣接縁の切取り力d工後には割れの全くない良製品の
ワークが出来、割れを修正加工処理する工数が不要とな
って後処理の改造工数を大幅に減少させることが出来る
