も一対をワークが近接対向可能な形状にして分留を良く
する様に配列して組合せ、而して、該組合せ素材パネル
を同時に絞り加工すると共に、上記ワーク隣接縁で割れ
が発生し易い部分にビード形状を各各成形させ、絞り加
工後該ビード形状に沿って絞り時の割れが進行した該ワ
ーク隣接縁部分を切取り形成して複数のワークを同時に
得る様にしたワーク絞り加工方法に係る発明である。

るが、第6a〜3d図に示す様に、絞り成形時に上記ホ
イールハウスアウタ1の曲面変化率の高いホイールアー
チ側部位の上記ホイールハウスアウタ隣接縁Aには端割
れBが発生し易く、絞り成形終了時には該ホイールハウ
スアウタ1本体にまで端割れBが進行し、第3C図の一
点鎖@Cで該ホイールハウスアウタ隣接縁A部分を切取
り形成しても、該ホイールハウスアウタ1本体に割れB
の不具合が併発する欠点があった。         
    ′従って、極端な場合は製品不良となり、又、
修正加工処理を行うと工数が多く作業が煩瑣となる難点
があった。

アウタ隣接縁Aの薄肉弱所部のビード形状部りに沿って
のみ進行して上記ホィールハウスアウタ1′本体には波
及しない。

れが該ビード形状に沿ってのみ進行するため、ワーク本
体に割れが波及することがなく、従って、不用の該ワー
ク隣接縁の切取り力d工後には割れの全くない良製品の
ワークが出来、割れを修正加工処理する工数が不要とな
って後処理の改造工数を大幅に減少させることが出来る
と共に、製品分留が向上する優れた効果が奏される。
