The supporting force of the suture by this hook piece must be such that it can support the suture even when the suture is pulled out. As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2, the thickness of the paper, the width W and length Ll of the hanging piece 10, or the hanging pieces when two or more hanging pieces are provided, are determined in order to obtain an appropriate supporting force. The latching piece lO, which requires appropriate selection of the opening angle fife, etc., is not limited to this, but for example, a latching member pre-formed to have a bay I & 1lWjJ that smoothly guides the suture thread is sewn onto the mounting part. It can also be provided by being attached to the yarn folding part. □ The envelope @C consists of at least one piece of paper (consisting of two pieces 11° 12 in Fig. 1) having a substantially rectangular shape similar to the placing part B, and is wrapped around the placing part B one after another. wrapped around. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the piece 11 covers the suture thread side of the loading portion l, and the piece 12 covers the loading weight 11B from the back side, and at the same time, presses the above-mentioned latching piece lO to make an appropriate position. The fold s13 existing on the mount also acts to provide supporting force, that is, the mounting portion l
and the covering part C, between the covering parts C, or the hanging piece 1
The fold between G and mounting part B can be made by folding the fold line by single press as shown in Fig. 3, or if a larger suture storage space is required, as shown in Fig. 4. Then, the distal end 3 of the suture 2 is placed on the mounting board configured as described above by the double press and the fold lines separated by the required distance d. It is inserted into the hole 5 through the groove 4f from the front side of the side, and the end s14 is arranged on the back side of the head section as shown by the dotted line. The portion 8 is supported by the hooking piece 10 at the folding portion 9 and is folded back at least once. In the example shown in the first WjA, the portion 8 is folded back twice.

After supporting and disposing the suture thread 2 at the II portion in this way,
The placing portion A is sequentially covered with the covering pieces 11 and 12, and then sealed in a required packaging in a sterile state (
(Refer to No. 5 WjA) It is preferable that the package 15 is also provided with a V-shaped cut 16 as a tearing means at a position corresponding to the position of the V-shaped cut 6 in the head section. It is preferable to seal the periphery with a heat seal part 17 (shown with diagonal lines in FIG. 5).
It is best to use a transparent pufst ivy film bag for packaging.
N, TJF, polyethylene, polypropylene, vinyl chloride or polyethylene, etc., can be constructed of a two-layer woven film with a thickness of about 50P111, and the 60 head parts protrude from the placing part B and the covering part C, and the transparent packaging Since a part of the distal end 3 of the suture thread 2 can be visually observed through the process, there is no possibility of making mistakes in suture selection. I will briefly explain how to use it. Medical suture storage container l of the present invention assembled as described above (No. 51 M)
When using the suture, check the type of suture by looking at the tip 3 of the suture thread 2 on the protruding head part A, and then place one hand on the mounting part B and the other hand on the head part. and packaging 1
Place the head part from the V-shaped cut 16 of No. 5 and the tear cut 6 of the mount as shown in FIG. The distal end 3 of the suture thread 2 is exposed as shown in FIG. 7 by pulling it out through the hole 5 of the ilA. This results in 1
The thread tip s3 exposed from the packaging part can be picked up and pulled out smoothly, one suture thread fi- at a time, without other threads coming out together or intertwining with each other (see Figure 7). ). Furthermore, since the thread tip 3 can be picked out from the beginning, connection to a suture needle can be easily performed. Note that it is also possible to take out all the sutures in the package at the same time.

In Table 1 showing the suture pull-out resistance of the medical suture from the storage container according to the present invention, as is clear from the comparison of shape indications a and b, the pull-out resistance of the thread is higher than that of the folded paper piece (latching piece 10). On average, the average width of the nigga opening shown in @8b8b is lower than that of the one-sided opening shown in Figure 8a. In addition, as can be seen from the comparison of the shapes shown in the table, sip and C-b, and b-i and C-b, the thread pull-out resistance is

The pull-out resistance of the suture thread is preferably 100 f or less, based on the feeling of actually pulling it out by hand. Even for thick threads of braided silk that have high suture friction, if the folded part has a double press-fold structure, the resistance value can be made sufficiently lower than the upper limit of the pull-out resistance (100 t) that is considered to be good. .
