支持板14の中心の角孔12及び管軸9を通じて上部に
嵌挿突出させ、その上部のネジ部18に蝶ナツト22を
螺着し、又管軸9の上端部の角軸19面までねじ込み可
能な把手部23を有する回転ハンドル24を取付けた構
