Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a rigid trolly line which is small-sized and ready to be attached, by catching and molding the grooves on both ends of a trolley line by means of a claw which is formed at the upper part of a long metal rigid holder having a ?-shaped section and a claw of a short ear which is wedged into a cavity of the holder. CONSTITUTION:A claw part 5 of a metal rigid holder 2 is formed in the middle of an upper deck 4 and a claw 5' thereof is oriented in the direction that a cavity 6 is opened. An ear 7, a short aluminum extruder having a L-shaped section, has a tongue part 8 to be inserted into a cavity of the holder 2 and a claw 9 opposed to the claw 5'. The ear 7 is firmly attached to the holder by subjecting the tongue 8 and the internal face of the cavity 6 of the holer 2 to wedge connection. As a means of the wedge connection, ridges 10 are intermittently formed lengthwise on the internal face of the cavity 6 of the holder 2, that is, on the lower face of the upper deck 4 and a recess 11 having an inclination on its internal face is formed on the tongue 8. The recess 11 is brought into engagement with the ridge 10 via its cut-out part. The inclination on the inner face of the recess 11 makes the tongue 8 pressed to fix onto the internal face of the cavity 6 of the holder 2.

According to the rigid contact wire of the present invention, the contact wire has a groove, and the cross-sectional shape is substantially U-shaped, and the outer surface of the upper or lower side thereof has a claw portion that engages with the groove of the grooved contact wire. It has a relatively long rigid metal support that continuously protrudes along the longitudinal direction so that the claw faces toward the opening of the cavity, and a tongue piece that is inserted into the cavity of the rigid metal support. , and consists of a short ear equipped with a claw facing the claw portion, the height after assembly is much lower and smaller than that of a conventional rigid trolley, and therefore the space occupied by it is smaller than that of conventional products. It is much smaller than the previous model, making it economical and easy to construct tunnels, etc.

Furthermore, since the metal/copper support and the ear are fixed by wedge-joining the inner wall surface of the cavity of the metal rigid support and the tongue of the ear, this is compared to the conventional method using bolts and nuts. , the installation work is greatly simplified. 1 Moreover, the claws provided on the metal rigid support I are provided continuously, and the ear is a short product, which is attached to a relatively long metal rigid support at intervals along the longitudinal direction. Since the ear is connected by a wedge, the ear can be installed at any location at the construction site, which simplifies the assembly work as a whole.

Furthermore, as mentioned above, since the metal rigid support has a hollow part and the ear is a short product, the tongue part of the ear is placed in the open cavity at the end of the support after both are assembled. Therefore, when connecting the ends of the rigid contact wire according to the present invention in series or parallel, the connection can be easily made with a metal fitting inserted into the hollow parts of both, and there is no need for conventional welding work or connection plates. This has the advantage that work such as tightening bolts and bolts can be omitted.
