図中、３は調理用の室、４は上ヒータ（電熱体）、５は
下ヒータ（電熱体）、１０はモータ、１３は軸受、１４
は軸、２０は桶、２４は混練翼、２５は遮蔽蓋、２７は
立上り部、３２はマイクロ ・スイッチ（スイッチ）で

Claims (1)
桶が設置されると共にその桶内にて混練翼を回転させる
軸を支承せしめた調理装置に於いて、前記軸を支承した
軸受部分を覆ってこれを保護する遮蔽蓋をその前縁部に
立上り部を有する形状にて設けると共にこの遮蔽蓋の開
閉に連動するスイッチを設け、このスイッチによって遮
蔽蓋の解放時に前記電熱体への通電を断ち閉鎖時にその
電熱体に通電し得る様にすると共に、該遮蔽蓋の閉鎖時
には前記立上り部にて前記室内への桶の進入を阻止する
