Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent prints from irregular aligning, scratches, selvage folds, folding flows, etc. by providing a paper carrier descending correspondingly to the amount of accumulated prints, an auxiliary partition plate for dividing the prints into a predetermined amount and a partition plate for dividing the prints into the upper and lower ones respectively. CONSTITUTION:Prints conveyed by belts 20a, 20b enter an impeller 21, are sent below the impeller, abut against a stopper 23 and are accumulated on a paper carrier 39, while the paper carrier 39 descends continuously correspondingly to the amount of accumulated prints. When said amount reaches a predetermined one, a solenoid 28 is magnetized to swing an auxiliary partition plate 24 downward through a lever 25, hold the accumulated prints and then accumulate suceeding prints on the auxiliary partition plate 24. Next, a partition plate 34 is advanced by a cylinder 38 and enters between a small bundle of accumulated prints reaching a predetermined number and prints on the auxiliary partition plate 24 to divide the prints.

Printed matter (1) discharged from commercial rotary press A (hereinafter simply referred to as rotary press) is transferred to a belt conveyor (21) as shown in Figure 1.
(3) and printed matter (1) are conveyed by belt conveyors (4) and (5) arranged so as to sandwich and convey them, and are freely fallen onto a fork-shaped printed matter receiver (8A) and accumulated. When a counter (not shown) installed in the rotary press A detects that a specified number of printed matter (1) has been accumulated, the counter stopper (6) operates.
6) The printed matter (1) upstream is placed at the counter stopper (6).
), the printed matter is no longer conveyed downstream, and gradually accumulates on the upstream side, causing slippage between the printed matter and the belt conveyor.

However, the conventional apparatus has the disadvantage that the printed matter (1) is scratched due to slipping between the printed matter and the belt conveyor. You can also place printed matter on a counter stopper (
6), the line of printed matter is stopped and retained, and the printed matter falls freely and is accumulated at varying distances, resulting in unresolved folding and creases. 'Furthermore, as mentioned above, since the printed matter is disordered, a portion of the printed matter sticks out when it is placed in the stacking box, resulting in a jam red appearance. Furthermore, there is a long conveyor from the printing machine impeller to the point where it is stacked, and there is a high chance that printed matter will be misaligned, scratches, folded edges, creases, etc. It was noticeable at times (more than 600 parts/min). Furthermore, there were also drawbacks such as the number of small bundles to be integrated was not accurate.

The present invention was proposed in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional art.The present invention is installed directly under an impeller that rotates by inserting conveyed paper sheets between the blades. By providing a paper receiving plate that descends, an auxiliary partition plate that separates one end of the stacked printed matter □ when a predetermined number of stacks have been accumulated, and a partition plate that partitions the separated printed matter into upper and lower sections,
It is desirable to provide a small bundle stacking device for a stacker for paper sheets that reduces the possibility of the occurrence of rows of printed matter being disordered, scratches, folded edges, creases, etc., and that allows the printed matter to be well aligned.
It is something to do.゛The embodiments of the present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. Figs. 2 to 9 show embodiments of the present invention, and (20α) (20b
) is a conveyor belt of the folding machine of the rotary press, which conveys the printed matter 6→ from the gripper cylinder (not shown) of the folding machine to the impeller (21). C is the print guide, (23) is the print stopper between the impellers, (241 is the solenoid)
