Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the variation of the polishing force due to the addition of a new media to a mass, by inserting a new media into a mass in a barrel work container while containing in a easily fracturable pakage. CONSTITUTION:A new media 4 and a powder compound 5 are placed in a vinyl bag 3 to constitute a package 1. Then it is hooked by a resilient hook 7 through a string 6 and inserted into a mass fluidified in a barrel work container. The bottom of the vinyl bag 3 is fractured by the fluidified mass thereby the powder compound and a new media 4 are gradually mixed with the mass 2. In such a manner the variation of the polishing force due to the abrupt increase of the new media is prevented resulting in the stable polishing work.

As is well known, media wears out when it comes into contact with the workpiece, and also wears out due to shear, which is when the media rub against each other, and as the overall volume decreases, the media grains become rounder, which reduces the polishing force. It gradually decreases. Therefore, in order to always stabilize the surface roughness of the workpiece obtained by barrel machining and the radius machining of the corners, it is necessary to replenish the container with new media as appropriate. It is desirable to measure the amount of new media required to compensate for the reduction in polishing power due to the roundness of the existing media, and to add the required amount frequently or continuously. However, weighing and adding new media particles one by one during processing of one barrel would be too cumbersome, making it extremely difficult to carry out in practice.
) Therefore, 1. Conventionally, nine to several dozen new media are generally added to the container at once, about once a day or once a month. In this way, it may be easier to add the new media, but the abrasive force of the media in the container increases temporarily and the surface roughness of the obtained product may decrease. 1) There was a problem that the machining and ji were unnecessarily polished.

In order to solve these problems, it may be possible to shorten the barrel machining time or adjust the flow rate of one medium, that is, the rotation speed and vibration speed, but such work is not necessarily easy and accurate. There is a certain order of songs that does not provide much benefit and is ultimately less workable.

That is, in this invention, at least a certain amount of the new media to be added is stored in an easily breakable package to form a package, and the package is placed in a container with flowing h-existence material during barrel processing. It is characterized in that the new media is mixed and diffused into the mass in the container by inserting it into a mass made of media etc. and breaking the package by the flowing mass.0 or less The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figures 1 and 2 show a method of suspending a package 1 and inserting it into an existing square 2. The new media 4 and the powder compound 5 are put in and the opening of the vinyl knee is closed with a string 6. In this case, the new media 4 and the powder compound 5 are gttted in advance to a relatively small constant amount, When putting these into a plastic bag 3, as shown in Fig. 1, first put the powder compound 5, and then put the new media 4, so that the powder compound 5 is placed on the bottom side of the plastic bag 3. Then, hang the package 1 by hooking the string 6 to an appropriate lever 7, and place it in a container (not shown).
If the bag is lowered into the existing mass 2 which is flowing inside, the bottom of the runeel bag will come into contact with the fluid mass 2 and receive a sharpening effect.
As a result, the plastic bag 3 ruptures, and as a result, the new media 4 and the powder container land 5 inside the plastic bag 3 fall into the existing mass 2, and these materials are mixed together. It is pushed by the new media 4 on top of the wind no. 5 and falls from the plastic bag 3.
In addition, since the bottom of the plastic bag 3 containing the powdered dung compound 5 is exposed to the flowing existing mass 2 and is broken, the powdered compound 5, which is relatively difficult to thin, is surely dropped into the existing mass 2. can be done. Further, the addition of the new media 4 as described above may be carried out as appropriate by adding the new media 4 stored in the plastic bag 3 or by the cycle of nodding processing, for example, by placing the workpiece in the container. You can do this every time you turn it on or every few minutes.

If the new media 4 is added as described above, the spear of the new media 4 to be added can be added one by one during nozzle processing.
T it! It is possible to add a small amount of new media 4 to the existing mass 2 without having to do so. Therefore, the abrasive force of mass 2 in the container can always be stabilized.
As a result, the surface roughness of the product obtained by barrel machining and the degree of h1 (σ) R7111 machining are added together, and a homogeneous product can be obtained.

Note that in carrying out this invention, it is not necessarily necessary to insert one package into an existing square in a suspended state; for example, as shown in FIG. Packing body 1' is made by putting the package body 1' into the existing mass 2 flowing in the container, and packing body 1' is made.
The paper bag 6' may be broken while the paper bag 4-1' moves together with the existing mass 2, and the new media 4 therein may be spread and mixed into the proposed mass 2. In such a method, the torn paper bag 6' will be mixed into the mass 2, but
If the mass 2 contains water, if the paper bag 3' is made of paper that easily dissolves in water, it will not substantially impede the sharpening power, and it will not interfere with the sharpening force at all. No problem 0 Also, contrary to the above case, for example, in the case of finishing evaporator L/L, there are cases where it is disliked that the package gets mixed into the mass 2 as mentioned above and contamination of the mass 2 is caused by the contamination. In such a case, the package 1' may be inserted into the existing mass 2 as shown in FIG. That is, in FIG. 4, reference numeral 8 denotes an elastic body made of a leaf spring or the like, one end of which is fixed to a support 9 to form a cantilever shape. When suspended, the elastic body 8 bends as shown by the solid line in FIG. 4 due to its weight. In this state, the package 1'
into the flowing existing mass 2. In this way, when the package 1' breaks and the new media 4 inside falls into the existing space 2, the package 1'
Since the weight of ' is reduced, the elastic body 8 returns by its own elastic force as shown by the chain line in FIG. ' can be prevented from entering the mass 2 in the container or contaminating it.

As mentioned in IIJ, in the method of this invention, it is possible to add Combalan 1 to the existing mass together with the new media 4, but in the case of several bodies bound, one package may be damaged by the new media. Since liquid feces bound easily leaks from the scratches, it is preferable to separate the package containing new media No. 4 from the package containing several compounds. In that case, the package containing S liquid feces bound may have a structure in which 1 liquid compound is placed in a plastic bag, or as shown in Fig. 5, 0% liquid compound is placed in a plastic tube B and the upper part of the vinyl rJ B is melted and sealed. In addition, the structure may be such that a recess is formed on the top of the hook for hooking.

As explained above, according to the method of adding media in barrel processing of the present invention, a fixed amount of new media is stored in a package that can be easily sucked to form a package. , by inserting the package into the existing flowing mass in the container and causing the package to undergo HHr through the mass, the new media is diffused and mixed into the existing mass, so the new media of regulation M can be easily added to an existing mass and its abrasive force can be kept almost constant, which in turn can stabilize the surface roughness of products obtained by barrel processing. Additionally, by adding Hunbound along with the new media, the polishing power can be further stabilized.
In that case, if the powder compound is stored on the bottom side and the new media is stored on top to form a package, when the package is suspended and inserted into the existing mass, the new media will be powdered. Since it falls by pushing down the bound, powder compound that does not easily fall can be reliably dropped into the existing square. Furthermore, when suspending a package and inserting it into an existing space, if an elastic body is used as a hanging device, the broken package can be quickly and automatically pulled up after the new media inside falls. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the torn package from getting mixed into the mass in the container and contaminating the mass accordingly.
