れたエアパージ管と、このエアパージ管の所要箇所に形
成された多孔質材料よりなるエア透過部と、このエア透
過部を取り囲みエアパージ管の外周に設けられたエア室
とを備え、このエア室にエアを導入し、前記エア透過部
を介して被測定物体方向にエアを噴出させるようにした
ことを特徴□とするエアパージ装置。 2 前記光学的測定装置の前部より前記エアパージ管内
