A mounting hole for attaching a wedge-based lamp socket is formed in the housing, a flexible printed wiring board is arranged along the housing, and a pair of conductive wires are formed around the mounting hole of the housing by being routed from the wiring board. A pair of terminals electrically connected to the thin lead wire of the wedge base lamp are contained within the cylindrical part of the lamp socket, and a contact piece electrically connected to the conductive part is formed in the pair of terminals. The lamp socket is inserted into the mounting hole, the lamp socket is attached to the housing, and the contact piece of the lamp socket is pressed against the conductive part to maintain continuity, and the lamp socket is inserted into the mounting hole of the housing.
