Claims (2)
- （１）任意の定速度を自動的に保持することのできる定
速走行制御装置と、任意の速度で警報作用を行う車速警
報装置と、を有し、定速走行制御装置には車速警報装置
に設定された警報車速が供給され、該警報車速が定速走
行装置の最大定速車速を形成し、該警報車速以上の定速
車速の設定を無効とすることを特徴とする車両の定速走
行装置。 - （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）記載の装置におい
て、車速警報装置の警報車速は減算回路を介して定速走
行装置に最大定速車速として供給され、車速警報車速に
基づいて定速走行する場合には定速車速を警報作用の生
じない車速に抑制することを特徴とする車両の定速走行
装置。
