実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する。
O実用新案登録請求の範囲
(1)暗号コードによって個人または団体を識別したり
入力信号に応じた出力信号を発信する等の役割を果す照
合カードであって、前記カードはその窓内に設置された
メタルケースと、前記メタルケース内に在って表面をカ
バーフィルムで被われた半導体チップを含み、前記チッ
プの所定の電極端子からの各引出線は信号入出力端子の
接触を受けるようになっている照合カードにおいて、各
前記引出線の先端には導電性の板ばねが設けられ、各前
記板ばねは前記メタルケース内の空所中に延び、前記照
合カードが動作しない際は各前記板ばねの自由端は前記
メタルケースの一部またはそれに固定された部材に接触
し、且つ動作する際は各前記板ばねはカバーフィルムの
孔から挿入される部材によって弾性変形してその自由端
は離れるようになっていることを特徴とする照合カード
。
(2)実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の照合カー
ドにおいて、前記挿入される部材は前記信号入出力端子
によって構成きれる照合カード。
(3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の照合
カードにおいて、前記信号入出力端子が前記引出線また
は前記板ばねに接触する前に前記端子とは別の挿入部材
が前記板ばねに当接して弾性変形するようになっている
