Claims

A mounting member such as a pad is attached to the tip of the steering shaft to which the steering wheel is attached so as to be rotatable relative to the shaft, and a cylindrical member is provided on the mounting member and the end of the steering column opposite thereto. A roller, which is integrally formed with a roller part and a stopper part that slides on the inner peripheral surfaces of the pair of cylindrical members, is rotatably mounted on the mounting boss part of the steering wheel, and the pad is mounted on the mounting boss part of the steering wheel. A steering device characterized in that it is configured to be non-rotating.
