板に取り付けた状態を示す正面要部断面図及び側面要部
諾断面図、第２図は同上従来装置における治具の斜視図
、第３図は他の従来装置で発光ダイオードを基板に取り
付けた状態を示す正面要部断面図、第４図は断る第３図
の装置におけるスペーサの斜視図、第５図及び第６図は
本考案に係る取付装置を以って発光ダイオードを基板上
に取り付けた状態の要部平面図及び正面断面図である。 １１：基板、１２：支持孔、１３：発光ダイオード、１
３Ａ：本体、１４：電極、１６：ガイドスペーサ、１７
：挿口、１８二間隙保持壁、１９：遮光壁。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体が合成樹脂材にて形成され電極の途中に保合突起を
    備えた発光ダイオードを基板に設けた支持孔に上記係合
    突起が支持孔の周縁に係合するまで挿入して上記基板上
    に支持し取付けるものにおいて１、記発光ダイオードの
    本体を挿通すると共に該本体の下縁周縁部にできる鍔よ
    り小なる内径の挿口を板面に複数個有し、かつ、上記基
    板側に対向する裏面には複数個の間隙保持壁を設けたガ
    イドスペーサを備え、該ガイドスペーサを上記基板上に
    支持された複数個の発光ダイオードが上記挿口に挿通す
    るように上記間隔保持壁を以って上記基板上に宛って設
    け、かつ、上記ガイドスペーサの表面の上記各挿口の周
    縁には上記挿口に挿通された上記発光ダイオードの本体
    の周面を包囲する遮光壁を設けた事を特徴とする発光ダ
    イオードの取付装置。
