Claims

Metal inward flanges 2 are fixed to both end faces of the drum body 1, and a metal rotating shaft 4 is inserted through the center of each flange 2 via an insulating bushing 3 with a detent.
A photosensitive drum in which a grounding terminal 6 is provided on a locking member 5 that is fitted into a rotation preventing portion of the bushing 3 that is protruded from the surface of the photosensitive drum.
