にバッファタックを仕切って設け、上甲板上にこぼれた
油を該バッファタンク内に流下させる第１のサーフエー
ス弁を設け、前記上甲板上から開閉操作可能であって、
前記第１のサーフエース弁から前記バッファタンク内に
流下した前記油を前記スロップタンク内に流下させる第
２のサーフエース弁を設け、前記スロップタンク内と同
圧力のイナートガスを前記バッファタンク内に供給させ
る供給路を設けたことを特徴とするバッファタンク式オ
