Claims (1)

ランス１次側コイルに供給するスイッチング素子と、前
記素子を駆動させるスイッチングパルスを発生するスイ
ッチング素子駆動回路と、前記トランス２次側に設けら
れる整流回路とを具備するレーザ装置の電源装置におい
て、前記スイッチング素子駆動回路はパルス巾の変調手
段を具備しており、パルス発生器より発生される任意の
パルス巾および周期のドライブパルスに同期して、前記
スイッチングパルスが間欠的なパルス発振列として出力
