それぞれの上下両面に電極層が接するように、固着積層
するか、あるいは折り重ねた状態で固定積層してなるバ
イモルフないしマルチモルフ型の圧電構造体を有し、当
該圧電構造体を2枚相対向させ、両者を一方端側におい
て連結し、また、他方端側において連結ないし支持して
なるか、あるいは上記圧電構造体をその途中で折り曲げ
