該シリンダ内に配設され、冷凍シリンダ内壁面で形成さ
れた氷を削り取りながら上方へ案内するスクリュウ刃を
有するスクリュウ軸と、冷凍ケーシング上方に配設され
、スクリュウ刃により送られた氷を貯留する貯水庫とを
備えたオーガ式製氷機において、前記製氷水タンクと冷
凍シリンダとの連通経路に設けられた三方コックと、一
端が給水口に接続され、他端が三方コックに接続された
第１洗浄木管とを備えていることを特徴とするオーガ式
