は先端から頭部に向うに従って鵜の小さくなりかつ相手

溝となる軸方向に伸びる4本のV字形の溝(6)が等間
隔tこ設けである。しかも、前記中空部(5)の先端は
平面部を有しており、中空部(5)が相手材Oυを打抜

るため製造装置のコストが極めて低くなるばかりか、中
空大成形用パンチの寿命も非円形中空大成形用パンチと
比較して長いため極めて安価でかつスタークリンチに好
適な中空鋲の製造方法を提供することができる利点があ
