Claims (1)
- 、発光素子の発する光を液体中に通してその透過光量を
受光素子で検出することにより液体の濁度を検出する装
置において、光路の中で前記液体と接する窓を透明な圧
電材料で構成し、この窓に透明電極を付けて、この電極
に窓が超音波周波数領域の振動を励起するような電圧の
供給手段を接続してなる液体の濁度検出装置。
