夫々その両端が内方向へのコの字型の切込み′ ４によ
って結ばれた複数個の折曲断線部分３を有してなる一対
の垂直折曲線２を設け、該垂直折曲線２を後方へ折り曲
げたとき前出し得るようにした前記コの字型の切込み４
によって形成された突起部６及び雌雄一対からなＺ係止
具７，７′を夫々付設した係止板８，８′を夫々の側端
に設けた一対の支持板５を配設すると共に、厚紙の短手
方向に適宜の位置に任意数の水平折曲線９を配設してな
るところの支柱板１と、前記支持板５の下方に付設した
着脱自在な係止具１４′と雌雄一対になる係止具１４を
設けた係止板１１を有し且つ′支柱板１と連接されてな
るところの台板１３と１、 更に支柱板１の前面の各水
平折曲線間に任意数、その下方が前出可能に止着される
ところの表示板１．５ととを設けた構造よりなることを
