して熱交換され、該熱交換された冷却水が再冷却器を介
して冷却されて前記貯水槽に返還される熱交換装置にお
いて、前記熱交換器の冷却水出口をラインポンプを介し
て密閉管路により前記再冷却器に接続し、所要冷却水量
を熱交換器に流したとき該熱交換器の冷却水出口の圧力
水頭をほぼＯに近い正圧に前記調整弁により調整し、前
記ラインポンプにより前記冷却水量を前記再冷却器に供
