熱装置が設けられてなるディーゼルエンジンの排気浄化
装置において、上記フィルタ一部材上流でかつ加熱装置
下流の排気通路に配設される微粒子成分捕集部材と、該
微粒子成分捕集部材に所定間隔を有して配設される一対
の一電極と、カニボン堆積による上記電極間の電気抵抗
変化からカーボン粒子の堆積状態を検出して加熱装置の
作動を制御する加熱装置制御装置とを備えてなることを
