Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely enable to ventilate two rooms simultaneously by a structure wherein a shielding plate is provided so as to locate between one intake port formed at the lower surface of an outer box and the suction port of a casing installed within the outer box and between said one intake port and the other intake port formed at the side surface of the outer box. CONSTITUTION:The casing 11, at the lower surface of which the suction port 12 is formed and as well as in which a blower fan 15 is contained, is arranged within the outer box, the lower surface of which is open for the first intake port 2 and as well as at the side surface of which the second intake port 3 is formed. In the ventilating device as mentioned above, the shielding plate 16 is provided between the intake port 2 and the suction port 12 so as to locate between both the intake ports 2 and 3. Accordingly, the air stream flowing-in from the intake port 3 is smoothly attracted toward the suction port 12 without being influenced by the air stream flowing-in from the intake port 2, resulting in surely enabling to prevent only the air amount flowing-in from the intake port 3 from extremely lowering.

3) Problems with the prior art In the above configuration, the opening area of the first intake port on the bottom surface of the outer box is much larger than that of the second intake port on the side surface of the upper outer box, which is located directly below the intake port of the casing. Because of this, there is a characteristic that the inflow plate area from the first intake port is inherently larger than that from the second intake port. However, in such a configuration, if the ventilation resistance of the exhaust duct connected to the casing is large and the static pressure on the exhaust side is high, the flow of air flowing in from the second intake port will flow into the casing from the first intake port. Since it is greatly influenced by the flow of air flowing into the mouth, the incoming wind from the second intake port becomes extremely smaller than that from the first intake port, making it impossible to perform two-ventilation at the same time. The problem was that I couldn't get it.

Reference numeral 1 denotes an outer box, which has an open bottom surface to form a first intake port 2, and a second intake port 3 formed on one side, and the other side opposite to the second intake port 3. The flange portion 1a formed by bending the lower end of the flange portion 1a is inserted into the mounting opening 6 formed in the ceiling plate 5 of the room from the indoor side, and is fixed with screws K. A first intake port 2 faces into the room. And outer box 1
An intake duct 7 that communicates with a chamber different from the chamber in which the outer box 1 is attached is connected to the second intake port 3 of the housing, and a joint cylinder 8 is connected to the exhaust port 4 in the upper part of the interior of the outer box 1. A bell mouth 12 corresponding to an inlet is formed on the lower surface of the casing, and a motor 4 is suspended and supported via a mounting leg 15, and a rotating shaft of the motor 4 protrudes into the casing V. A blower fan 15 is fitted to 14a. Furthermore, on the right side of the casing 11, the second intake port 5 is connected to the casing 1.
A passage A that communicates with the bell mouth 12 of 1 is made of 1/2 cedar wood. Reference numeral 16 denotes a shielding plate, whose φ dimension in the long side direction is approximately equal to the opening width dimension of the shoulder air intake port 2, and the island size in the short side direction is approximately equal to the diameter of the first air intake port 2. The bell mouth 12 of the casing 11 and the first intake port 2 are set at approximately half of the dimensions.
It is fixed near the lower end of the side plate 1b of the outer box 1 on the side where the second air intake port 5 is formed, so as to be located between the first and second suction slots 2 and 3. Further, 17 is a decorative grill that covers the first intake port 2 of the outer box 1, and this is, for example, a decorative grill that covers the first intake port 2 of the outer box 1.

At this time, the air flowing into the outside i1 from the left half of the first intake port 2 is immediately sucked into the bell mouth 12 of the casing 11. However, the air flowing in from the half portion is blocked by the shielding plate 16.
The air is sucked into the bell mouth 12 while bypassing the filter plate 16, so that the upper part of the shield plate 16 is hardly affected by the air flow flowing in from the first intake port 2. become. Therefore, the air that flows into the outer box 1 from the second intake port 3 and flows downward through the passage A is hardly affected by the air flow that flows in from the first intake port 2 and passes through the shielding plate 16. The upper portion is guided by the shielding plate 16 and is sucked into the bell mouth 12. Therefore, for example, if the exhaust duct 9 has to be extended for a long time due to the structure of the house, the ventilation resistance on the exhaust duct 9 side increases, the static pressure on the exhaust side increases, and the suction pressure near the bell mouth 12 increases. Even if a phenomenon occurs in which the air flow rate is not sufficiently reduced, in this embodiment, the air flow flowing in from the second air intake port 3 is hardly affected by the air flow flowing in from the first air intake port 2, and the air flow flows through the bell mouth 12. Because it is smoothly sucked into the
It is possible to reliably prevent only the amount of inflow from the second intake port 3 from becoming extremely low. In Fig. 3, solid line A shows the relationship between the static pressure on the exhaust side (for example, inside the cylinder for lost child 10 for the exhaust duct 9) and the viL human wind beast of the first intake port 2, and the static pressure on the exhaust side and The relationship with the inflow air volume of the second intake port 5 is shown by actual HB, and the inflow air volume of the first and second intake ports of the conventional configuration without the shielding plate 16 is shown by broken #a and b, respectively. .

It is possible to secure an inflow air volume of 100%. By doing this, even if the ventilation resistance of the exhaust duct) 9 t1411 is large or weak, not only the space provided with the outer box 1 but also the chambers connected via the intake duct 7 can be sufficiently exhausted. 7) Modifications of the invention Figures 4 and 5 show second and third embodiments of the present invention. The only difference from the first embodiment is that the second embodiment has a shielding plate. 16 is screwed to a spray boss portion 17a integrally projecting from a decorative grille 17, and in the third embodiment, the shielding plate 16 is fixed to the lower surface of the casing 11 via mounting legs 20. In this way, in addition to producing the same effects as in the first embodiment, manufacturing becomes easier because there is no need to handle the relatively large and heavy outer box 1 during the installation work of the shielding plate 16.

FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and only the differences from the above-mentioned embodiment will be described.
A mounting piece 16a having a vertically extending elongated hole 21 is bent on one side edge of the 6, and a thumbscrew 22 is inserted into the core elongated hole 21.
7 and screw the shield plate 16 onto the outer case 1.
The height is adjustable. With this configuration, the influence of the airflow from the first intake port 2 can be blocked by the shielding plate 16 and the amount of air flowing in from the second intake port 5 can be increased, as in the first embodiment. Of course, by sequentially changing the shielding plate 16 from the position shown by the solid line in FIG. The inflow air volume from 3 can be reduced.

7 and 8 show a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and only the differences from the first embodiment will be described. 23 is provided with a long hole 24 extending laterally. A pair of guide plates fixed to the 11111 part of 1, 25 is the long hole 2 of this guide plate 25
4 is a support rod passed between the two, and 26 is a shielding plate formed of a rubber sheet made of material, whose negative edge is the lower end of the side plate 1b on the side where the second air intake port 5 of the outer box 1 is formed. At the same time, the other side edge is fixed to the support rod 25, so that the support rod 25
By fitting the guide plate 25 into the long hole 24 of the guide plate 25 and sliding it left and right, the area over which the first air intake port 2 moves can be increased or decreased. According to the above configuration, when the support rod 25 is moved to the left and the shielding plate 26 is extended to increase the area connecting the first intake ports 2, air flows in from the first intake ports 2. The influence of the air flow is reduced and the amount of air flowing in from the second intake port 3 increases, and when the support rod 25 is moved to the right, the noise in the inflow from the second intake port 3 is reduced due to the opposite reason. It is advantageous to be able to arbitrarily adjust the ratio of the exhaust air volume from the compartment.

FIG. 9 shows a sixth embodiment of the present invention, in which the side edge of the shielding plate 16 on the side where the second air intake port 5 of the outer box 1 is formed is connected via a hinge member 27. It is rotatably supported on the outer box 1, and an operating rod 28 is attached to the opposite side of the shield plate 16 from the pivot support. Even with this configuration, when the operating rod 28 is pushed up in the -E direction, the shielding plate 16 is tilted upward to the left, and the influence of the air flow flowing in from the first intake port 2 becomes large. The amount of air flowing in from the second intake port 3 decreases, and when the operating rod 28 is pulled downward to make the shielding plate 16 substantially horizontal, the amount of air flowing in from the second intake port 5 increases. Previous 1
ii11! As in the fifth embodiment, the ratio of the exhaust air volume from both chambers to - can be adjusted as desired.
