Claims (1)
遊動ピストンと、主ピストンの小径部とをそれぞれ摺動
自在に嵌挿すると共に、上記大径孔に上記主ピストンの
大径部を摺動自在に嵌挿した４造を有する２膜作動型マ
スクシリンダにおいで、上記大径孔と小径孔との段部に
ばね受けを設け、該ばね受けと上記主ピストンとの間に
、該主ピストンを復帰位置に付勢する比較的大径のばね
を張設し、かつ上記遊動ピストンに上記主ピストンを摺
動自在に貫通する軸状部を突設し、該軸状部の貫通先端
部近傍に、上記ばね受けに当接可能な係止部材を装着し
