本考案はテープレコーダ等におけるテープ走行方向自動
反転装置に関し、磁気テープの両端に設けられたリーダ
テープが磁気ヘッドに至る前に磁気テープの走行方向を
反転することができるようにしたものであり、図示の如
く、走行する磁気テープ１に当接される再生ヘッド等の
磁気ヘッド２と、該磁気ヘッドに釦ける上記磁気テープ
１０走行方向に沿った両側にそれぞれ配設され、上記磁
気テープ１０両端に周知の如く設けられたリーダテープ
３を検出する周知の検出手段４，５とを備え、これらの
検出手段４，５からのリーダテープ検出信号により磁気
テープ１０走行方向を周知の如く反転せしめるように構
