Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A power supply is connected to a transistor having a time constant circuit through a first function switch for mode switching, and a base is grounded through a second function switch for mode switching linked to the first function switch. A cutoff voltage is applied to the base of the transistor via a power switch, the output of the transistor is connected to a muting transistor that cuts off the signal line system, and the cutoff state is achieved by operating the first and second function switches. A muting circuit characterized in that the transistor is operated by a discharge voltage of a time constant circuit due to release of the power switch and OFF of a power switch, and the muting transistor is operated by a control voltage from the transistor.
