図において、５ａ、２５ａは保持体、１０ａ、 １０
ｂ、 Ｉ ＯＣは抵抗体、１３〜１５は絶縁棒、２０
はばね、２３．２４は支持体、２６〜２９は絶縁台であ
る。なお各図中同一符号は同−又は相当部分を示す。
