Therefore, in such a configuration, when the rotating tub is rotated at high speed for centrifugal dehydration of laundry, there is a problem in that abnormal vibrations are likely to occur due to the eccentric center of gravity of the rotating tub.

To provide a dehydrating/washing machine capable of canceling out the deviation of the center of gravity of a rotating tub O caused by this, and thereby preventing the occurrence of abnormal vibrations during rotation of the rotating tub.

A pulsator 20 is eccentrically arranged at the inner bottom of the rotary tank 5, and is attached to a pivot shaft 19aK of an internal gear 19 projecting upward from approximately the center i of the gear case 17. Reference numeral 21 denotes a liquid chamber formed at the inner bottom of the rotating tank 5 on the side opposite to the eccentric side of the pulsator 20, that is, on the opposite side of the pulsator 20. 22 is liquid-tightly closed by the bottom plate 14 via a gasket 23, and a liquid for balance adjustment such as water or saline is sealed inside. As a method for filling the balance adjustment liquid, for example, during assembly, when the rotating tank 5 is alone, the rotating tank 5 is placed upside down and the liquid is poured into the cylindrical lip 22, and then the gasket 23 is inserted. The bottom plate 14 is fixed therebetween with tapping screws 15. In addition, in this liquid chamber 21, a radial reinforcing lip 24 connected to the inner circumferential wall of the cylindrical lip 22 and an annular reinforcing lip 25 concentrically with the cylindrical lip 22 are provided together with a rotating tank 5.
It is formed by integral molding with. In addition, 26 is the rotating tank 5
This is a balance ring that is fixed to the inner peripheral edge of the upper opening of the balance ring and has a predetermined amount of liquid added inside.

Then, a water level switch (not shown) is activated, and based on this, the water supply valve is closed and the motor 12 is activated. As a result, the washing shaft 8 rotates, and the pulsator 20 is rotationally driven via the drive gear 1B and the internal gear 19 to perform detergent washing. When washing this detergent, please use the rotating tank 5.
As the pulsator rotates 200 times, a rotating hot water flow is generated in the inner bottom of the pulsator, which rotates in a centrifugal direction, and an ascending water flow that stays on the peripheral wall and rises is generated. However, in this embodiment, since the pulsator 20 is eccentrically arranged at the inner bottom, the hot water flow hits the peripheral wall of the rotating tank 5 with a stronger force on the side where the pulsator 20 is placed than on the side opposite to the device, and the force of the rising water flow on the side where the pulsator 20 is placed is becomes stronger than that on the anti-device side. As a result, the strong rising water flow on the side where the pulsator 20 is arranged rises and then descends with its momentum to the side opposite the device (in addition, since the pulsator 20 rotates at an eccentric position of the rotating tank 5, the hot water flow is complicated). Coupled with the fact that water is generated, the overall water flow becomes complicated.

When this washing with detergent is completed, the process moves to the draining stage, and the drain valve 28 is opened, and the water in the water receiving tank 3 and the rotating tank 5 is drained from the drain hose 29.
is discharged from the aircraft via the After this draining process, when the dewatering process begins, the clutch mechanism 10 switches and the dewatering shaft 7
rotates, thereby rotating the rotary tub 5 at high speed, and centrifugally dewatering the laundry inside.

Due to the weight of the pulsator 2 and the gear case 17, a load is biased towards the side where the pulsator 20 is placed.
Since a liquid chamber 21 is provided on the opposite side of the pulsator 20 and a liquid for balance adjustment is filled in it, it is possible to offset the above-mentioned load deviation caused by eccentrically arranging the pulsator 20. The center of gravity of the tank 5 can be aligned approximately with the center thereof, and abnormal vibrations of the rotating tank 5 during centrifugal dewatering can be prevented. Furthermore, even if the laundry in the rotating tub 5 is somewhat unevenly distributed during centrifugal dehydration, the liquid in the balance ring 26 is distributed biased to the opposite side of the uneven load, so that the uneven load on the rotating tub 5 is offset. Needless to say, when the liquid chamber 21 is not provided, the center of gravity is originally biased toward the side where the pulsator 20 is located, and the laundry is biased toward the pulsator 20 side, causing the laundry to fall into the rotating tub. 5's center of gravity is greatly biased toward the placement side, resulting in / clamp ring 26
Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of abnormal vibrations in the rotating tank 5 due to the inability to offset this uneven load. Therefore, a lance ring 26 of the same size as the conventional one is sufficiently effective, and there is no need to make it larger. After this dewatering process is completed, water is stored in the rotating tank 5 again. The rinsing process that drives the pulsator 20, the draining process, and the dehydration process are repeated several times to complete the entire process, but the washing water does not enter the liquid chamber 21 during the detergent washing process and the rinsing process. That volume is no longer needed, resulting in significant water savings.

It is convenient and easy to configure.

This can prevent the internal liquid from leaking out.

1, a liquid injection port 30 is formed in the upper surface drawing area of the liquid injection port 50.
In this structure, a stopper 32 is screwably attached and detached from the inside of the rotating tank 5 via a packing 51. With this configuration, the filling operation of liquid into the liquid chamber 21 can be performed before fixing the rotary tank 5 to the dehydration shaft 7 as in the previous embodiment, or after the assembly is completed.

勿論である。In the above embodiment, the rotation of the washing shaft 8 is controlled by the pulsator 20 through a gear mechanism consisting of a drive gear 18 and an internal gear 19.
However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the power may be transmitted to the pulsator via a belt transmission structure or a friction wheel transmission mechanism. Further, the present invention is not limited to a dehydrating/washing machine having a structure in which dehydrating holes 4 are formed in the peripheral wall of the rotating tub 5 and washing water is also stored in the water receiving tank 3 as in the above embodiment; It goes without saying that it can be applied to a dewatering/washing machine that is formed into a tapered shape so that water is stored only in the rotary tank, and the water is pumped up and drained by driving the rotary tank to rotate.

The feature is that a liquid chamber for sealing liquid is located on the opposite side of the pulsator, and as a result, the eccentricity of the center of gravity of the rotating tank due to the eccentric arrangement of the pulsator can be compensated for and the rotation can be adjusted. It is possible to provide a dehydrating and washing machine that can prevent a rotating tub from causing abnormal vibrations at times.
