転機械を単一系負荷に併用させて設け、前記各回転機械
の容量をほぼ等しくすると共に、前記第2交流モータ2
は、前記単一系負荷の変化に比例した値の電圧として取
り出した容量制御信号S1と、前記第1交流モータ1が
定格出力で運転した際の負荷に対応する基準設定電圧信
号S2とを比較して、負荷増加過程では前記容量制御信
号S1が前記基準設定電圧信号82以上の値となる条件
の下で運転し、負荷減少過程では前記゛容量制御信号S
□が前記基準設定電圧信号S2よりも若干低い値の電圧
信号83以下となる条件の下で停止する発停制御を行わ
せる一方、前記第1交流モータ1は、前記第2交流モー
タ2が停止しているときには、前記容量制御信号S□に
比例した周波数を発する前記インバータ3によって運転
し、前記第2交流モータ2が運転しているときには、前
記容量制御信号S□から前記第2交流モータ2が定格出
力で運転した際の負荷に対応する電圧信号S4を差引い
た値に比例した周波数を前記インバータ3から発するこ
とによって運転する無段階的容量制御を行わせる如く成
